You can either create a custom layout at a site such as http://www.mygen.co.uk , or you can use HTML or CSS (if you know either) to put the picture as the background (though in my experience it never looks right -_-).

The HTML code would look something like %26lt;body background="photourl.jpg"%26gt;, and you'd put it in the About Me section. But I honestly don't know if it will work for you or not.

I agree with the previous answer, but your "WYSIWYG" editor can also do it for you.

I used to do it with MS FrontPage, it is quite easy but be careful that your image will not adjust automatically to the size of your page.

Now, because my version of FrontPage is obsolete and I don't want to buy a new license I use MS Word. It works but it is a little more tricky: better practise your right-button virtuosity first!
