Find layouts. Either google a layout you want or use a layout wesite, they're not hard to find.

The myspace backgrounds are written in either HTML code or XML not sure one of the two, but certin websites across the web can sell you thease codes and or you may copy and paste it.
Once you have done so go to edit your profile and anywhere in any of the boxes simply paste that code in.
After that your set, enjoy!
