i want a picture from the bronx, and then i want to turn it into a picture for a myspace how do i do that.

This generator pretty much does it all for you, you just have to host the image yourself. (Imageshack is useful for that)

I guess you could find a pic online thats not protected by a copyright save it in your picture files. Then use a layout generator to make your own myspace. I did this with mine it turned out pretty good but i didnt like having to link the site i got the generator to my profile. Hope this helps. They have background codes maybe you can find the pic you are looking for on ones of the sites that offer those. Good Luck
