I'm after a website that has myspace layouts or backgrounds,

but i'm after bright colours or fluro, flashing/neon funky/retro stuff

anything that matches that.

Createblog has some great Myspace layouts. The site is well-organized so that codes are easy to locate and there are instructions so that the user knows exactly where to put the coding. I think the site is really helpful and has a good selection. Another plus is there's no annoying ads that are on so many other Myspace layout sites. The site doesn't look like you'll get a virus from it.
