How can i get rid of the links that come with myspace backgrounds?

ok well i got this new background for my myspace but the link to the site in which i got it from is in the top left corner. when i try to click the home button it keeps popping up the link webpage. how can i get rid of this link. i tried the whole "z" thing anywhere in the cod ebut it doesn't seem to work????

Usualy at the bottom of the code will show what is going to be shown on the banner or advertisement. Just read through and you will find the words you want to get rid of.

you have to read through the code and search out the words you dont want. replace them with a space. the "%26lt;z%26gt;" is actually only for the links not to show up as links, but the links will still be there in plain text. good luck!

First, copy/paste the layout code into your "about me." After you've done that, take a look at the code. You'll see something in writing displaying the website of the layout site you were at starting with %26lt;ahref.. or something like that.

just go into the code and delete that whole thing.

Then, save the changes and check out your profile.

It should be gone.
