There are several websites that have myspace backgrounds.

I suggest starting at www.myspacepimper.com. Click on the background you want, it will give you the "code". Copy the code. (you do this by hitting edit (at the top of your computer screen) and copy.)

Go to your myspace page and go to edit profile.

Put the cursor in any of the screens (most people do it in the first or second section but it doesn't matter really). Then paste the code you copied. (You do this by hitting edit (at the top of your computer screen) and paste.)

Then go to the top and hit save changes!
