You paste codes into your "About Me" section under Interests and Personalities.

Search other peoples pages and if they have a background,where ever they got it from is usually in the upper left corner click the icon...find one you like....copy the code(right click...or use edit on your pcs toolbar)...go to your home page...go to edit your profile..and paste(again use the edit) in about me....and there you go. As far as getting other things on your profile you pretty much do the same thing...look in other profiles and click on things you like...just play around and you'll figure it out ;)
