towercodes.com has some pretty good myspace backgrounds. you could also type "myspace backgrounds" into a search engine; there are a ton of sites. as for changing the background, once you've found one you like, simply copy the provided html code, go to "edit profile" on your myspace page, and paste the code into the "about me" section. hope this helps!
